Excellent

I stayed for 5 nights in December 2019. It is a hotel with great character, found in an excellent location. The breakfast was rich and of high quality. The room were warm and very cozy. The service was of high standard, discreet and gentle. I would definetly stay there again next time I visit Prague.

Very good

Hotel in excellent location. Staff pleasant and helpful. Problem with our room 14. Very noisy late at night and early morning when bins emptied .

Lovely hotel in a good location. Room and bathroom spacious and very clean. Staff friendly and happy to give directions . Would highly recommend.

Pulito tranquillo centrale ....Forse qualche ritocco da fare perché vecchio/clean quite near the centre....maybe a little bit old

The hotels location is ideal for sightseeing, walking to Old Town Square 4 mins, Castle 25 mins. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. really good choices at breakfast, bar and restaurant, I have no reservations in recommending this hotel

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel has a great location; breakfasts had an excellent variety of food; housekeeping was extremely conscientious; and the staff was helpful. We had a problem with our shower and it was taken care of immediately. Only wish was that our room had had a desk.

Excellent

The Casa Marcello is so original, it’s full of character and Quality. The location is ideal being in the old town it’s not far from anywhere. The breakfast choice was excellent and the staff were were all helpful. Fully recommend this hotel and Prague in general.

Very good

We loved our time in Prague and Hotel Casa Marcello. It was close to everything and we were able to walk to all the sites. The Hotel is quaint, very clean, and the staff was helpful. Our only complaint was a leaky shower which appeared to be patched after our report. It helped but not solved so we asked housekeeping for extra towels to mop up instead of using the supplied bathrobes. At breakfast, we overheard others discussing the same problem. That said, it was not a huge problem and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing value for money. Quite but central part of the city. Comfortable bed and great amenities including breakfast. Would 100% recommend to anyone wishing to visit Prague.

clean, well-maintained rooms and pleasant surroundings. especially enjoyed the courtyard for meals and just relaxing. breakfasts were excellent and enjoyed dinner our last evening in town wouldn't hesitate to recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting the city

We had a very good time in Casa Marcelo, beautiful rooms, perfect breakfast and friendly people. Our visit to the spa was a highlight. And just a few minutes walking distance from the centre of Prague.

Very good

Nice and quite stay, only thing to reduce noise of the device in the toilet to extract smell, and probably another waiter needed at weekends to serve dinners as if many guests staying you could need to wait a little to be served . For the rest perfect

Very good

Very nice place to stay! Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included everything necesaary to start your day. We even had a nice dinner in the garden. Will recommend to friends!
